will allow us to process more than 3
million kilos of fruit per season.
We have modern processing lines,
with specialized areas for fruit classification
and the filling of clamshells by weight.
The project also has high efficiency
cooling and freezing tunnels, refrigeration
chambers and when needed fumigation.
